With over two decades of experience, Dianira “Nina” Medina Morales is a licensed nail technician, certified makeup artist, educator, and entrepreneur whose passion for beauty runs deep through generations. Her journey began at just sixteen years old in beauty school, where she first studied cosmetology and soon discovered her true calling in nail artistry.
Born into a family of beauty professionals, Nina proudly carries a rich legacy of excellence. Her grandfather, a visionary in the industry, owned and operated three beauty schools in Puerto Rico, one of which Nina graduated from. Her father, celebrated as one of the finest barbers of his time, instilled in her the values of discipline, precision, and pride in her craft.
At seventeen, Nina began working in her uncle’s beauty salon in Puerto Rico, where she performed haircuts, color, styling, and nail services, gaining hands-on experience that shaped her artistic foundation. Those early years deepened her understanding of beauty as an art form and laid the groundwork for the expertise, creativity, and passion that define her career today.
Now licensed in both Florida and Georgia, Nina has grown her long-standing home-based business into a private luxury nail studio located at From The Ground Up Therapy and Wellness in Saint Marys, GA. Known for her precision, artistry, and personalized care, she offers a refined nail experience where beauty and confidence meet.
Although her focus today is on nails, Nina’s background as a certified makeup artist and her experience in multiple areas of beauty continue to influence her eye for color, detail, and design.
Carrying forward her family’s legacy while paving her own path, Nina continues to inspire confidence and creativity; honoring her roots while creating her own legacy, one set at a time.
